Policies & Liability Agreement


Mr. Fresh Laundry Services, LLC. (hereinafter referred to as “MFLS,” “Our,” “We,” “Us” and “Employees”) uses the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us. With support from our partners, we have gained years of extensive knowledge from their experiences and use of these processes.

Personal Garment Damage Policy

MFLS and its employees cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, wool, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyl, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for buckles, beads, and buttons.

MFLS and its employees are not responsible for garments with inherent manufacturer defects or mislabeling of cleaning procedure.

Lost Items Policy

MFLS and its employees are trained to meticulously examine each garment to ensure there is no loss of personal property and valuables. MFLS and its employees are not held liable for missing items.

Unclaimed Items Policy

MFLS and its employees cannot hold unclaimed garments for more than 90 days beyond scheduled date of pick-up or delivery. Unclaimed garments will be donated to charity accordingly.

Wash & Fold Policy

Store Credit may be issued for lost or damaged items tendered through our Wash & Fold laundering service, pending that you (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “The Customer”) has complied with providing MFLS and its employees a detailed list of each item, accompanied with the order at the time of drop off. This list must include, but is not limited to, the brand, style, color and size of each individual item in the order. The value of the store credit for Wash & Fold services shall not exceed more than 10 times our charge for cleaning the order. If no list is provided at the time of drop off, MFLS is not held responsible, and there will be no store credit or compensation of any form.

Refund Policy

All MFLS services are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the quality or performance of our services, we will re-clean the items free of charge. Let us know within two business days of receiving your delivery and we will pick up, re-clean and deliver your garment back to you with no fuss and no charge.

Customer Agreement

By purchasing services from MFLS, you, the customer, agree to the terms and policies listed above. You acknowledge risk at all times for the loss or damage of their personal property. You, the customer, agree that any claims or reimbursements must be made in accordance to MFLS policies.
